In these trying times, as we journey through life, we encounter challenges that test our strength and resilience, calling us to look within and discover the changes we seek. Society's emphasis on appearing happy can make it tough to be ourselves. Still, aligning with our true selves and experiencing the full range of human emotions, including trauma symptoms that are part of the body's natural healing process, is essential.

Cindy understands our unique challenges and brings a culturally responsive, socially just lens to her work. Guiding clients on a journey of self-discovery, she explores their embodied expressions and underlying currents shaping their experiences. Honouring each person's unique path to healing, Cindy uses a top-down, bottom-up approach to integrate life experiences and explore diverse modalities that resonate with them.

Cindy's therapy practice centres on anti-violence, anti-oppression, decolonization, and truth and reconciliation to deconstruct oppressive societal constructs. She recognizes and addresses the many forms of societal oppression, including racism, colonialism, gendered oppression, ableism, and homophobia, promoting individual and collective healing.

Cindy is committed to helping her clients navigate life's complexities, nurturing, listening, encouraging curiosity, and offering a safe, welcoming space to lean in and talk or sit in silence. It's an honour to have you here, and Cindy is ready to embark on this healing journey with you.
