Your body is a storyteller
Psychotherapy for relationships, identity, change, and the patterns we carry with us.
welcome
Maybe you understand where your patterns come from, but still find yourself caught in them.
Maybe you're navigating a relationship that keeps getting stuck in the same places, carrying experiences that keep showing up in your body, or moving through a time of change and trying to find your footing.
Therapy can be a place to get curious about what's happening beneath the surface: the ways we've learned to protect ourselves, connect with others, and move through the world.
My approach is relational, embodied and collaborative. Together, we make room for what is already there, understand the patterns that may no longer be serving you, and explore what else might be possible.

-

Individual therapy
A space to slow things down and better understand the patterns shaping how you feel, relate and move through the world. We might explore relationships, identity, anxiety, difficult experiences or life transitions — creating more room for choice, connection and possibility.
-

Couples Therapy
Relationships can get caught in patterns that leave both people feeling unheard, disconnected or stuck in the same fight. Together, we'll slow those patterns down, understand what's happening underneath, and work toward new ways of reaching, responding, and connecting.

Embodied Therapy
Sometimes insight isn't enough. Embodied therapy brings attention to what is happening in the body—sensation, emotion, movement, and the nervous system—alongside conversation, offering another way to understand and work with what you're carrying.
